When we started the xLabs trainings, we had a vision: by starting to train UX designers, we can make the world a better place. We dreamed big, but I think that today our vision is starting to come true. Many of the students who graduated from us in recent years have successfully found employment in the UX field or were able to utilize the knowledge they acquired within thei companies. I also consider is as a success of our training courses that several of our instructors and mentors came from our alumni community. At our trainings, students can acquire marketable knowledge and methodology that will help them stand out from other applicants. It is important for us to provide not only knowledge, but also a special point of view of design thinking, so during the training our students receive continuous professional mentoring and help to achieve their goals.
